First of all, we have to investigate the reasons for the oxygen generator to produce too little or no oxygen flow.
Reason 1: The oxygen machine’s wetting bottle and the cover are not tightly screwed to each other, there is air leakage.
Solution:
Turn on the power switch of the oxygen generator and set the flow meter to the position of 3 liters. With the hands of the wetting bottle out of the oxygen end of the plug tight, the flowmeter float should move down, while the wetting bottle will be issued giggling, giggling sound (safety valve open), otherwise, the wetting bottle leakage. Tighten the bottle, or change the wetting bottle.
Cause 2: The safety valve of the oxygen generator is open
Solution:
Pick up the wetting bottle of the oxygen concentrator, gently shake it a few times, and then close the safety valve on the lid of the wetting bottle.
Reason 3: Oxygen suction tube or oxygen suction parts have problems
Solution:
Check if there is something blocked in the oxygen absorbing tube and other oxygen absorbing parts, clean it or change an oxygen absorbing part.
There is another situation.
The machine runs, but no oxygen output, the flow meter floats at the bottom or a certain position, adjust the flow meter knob also does not move: 1.
Reason: 1. wetting bottle tube has scale blockage does not ventilate; 2. flow meter knob is closed or damaged.
Solution:
1. open the oxygen machine power switch, so that the machine operation. The wetting bottle unscrewed, see if the flow meter float adjustable, such as adjustable, the wetting bottle core is blocked by scale, with a needle will be wetting bottle core hole through the open, you can. Conversely, check the flow meter spin flow.
2. counterclockwise rotation of the flow meter knob, see whether the flow meter knob rod followed by rotation, such as not followed by rotation, flow meter damage, contact the manufacturer maintenance personnel to replace or repair the flow meter.
